What counts as a job?
A job post that is open. Close one and you can open another. One post can fill more than one opening.
What happens when the 4 free days end?
Pick a plan to keep your jobs up. If you don't, the job page comes down and you pay nothing. Your applicants stay in your account.
Does promoting a job cost extra?
Only if you turn it on. Indeed and ZipRecruiter bill you directly, never more than the cap you set.
How do I cancel?
In Billing in your account, or email us. It takes effect at once and stops any charges. Your applicant list stays.
What if I pay and it doesn't work out?
Ask within 100 days and we refund every dollar. No questions asked.
